Right...The house is hers.

3. Reflexive Pronouns (-self)
Now, you probably thought you were through through through with all pronouns. But we have another set here: the -self pronouns. We all want to talk about ourselves all the time.  So here is a difficult form -- the Reflexive Pronoun. Even English speakers have trouble remembering how to use these, so don't feel bad.  They often say "Mary is coming with myself" when they should say "Mary is coming with me." Think about it this way...I like to talk about ____self.  It is not an object, but a way you like to talk. So "about myself" would not be an Object, but an Adverb phrase saying how you like to talk.

I like to talk about myself.
You like to talk about yourself.
She likes to talk about herself.
He likes to talk about himself.
One likes to talk about oneself.
We like to talk about ourselves.
You like to talk about yourselves. (note this changes)
They like to talk about themselves.

We're not even going to exercise you on this one.
But you will know them when you see them. We'll have all of these on the Main Lessons menu. You can review them there and not have to come back here. Ever.
