Prepositions - Place

F-box

Usually, when we use a preposition with a place, we have got 3 parts.

1. You begin with a preposition, the prepositions are in, to, on, at under, behind, over, up, through, with, from, among, and between.

2. In the middle, you put a, an, or the OR a possessive pronoun (my, his, our, etc.)  OR this/that, these/those. One and only one of these middle words. NOT the my/ his that.

3. You end with a noun of place (the house).

Like this:

to

to the house

in

in our house

       OR

atthetop

This rule is good for 95% of cases.
