Is my house big?
Remember how simple it was to say: Mary is happy. Peter is not happy. Is Barbara happy? Why is Michael happy?
This is the same verb, but there is a possessive pronoun. Remember...the possessive pronoun is just an
adjective.
You use the verb that goes with the Real Noun. So you have
these questions:
Is Peter's house big?
Are my houses big?
Why is Peter's house big?
Why aren't my houses big?
You should understand when we use is and when we use
are. If you do, let's have some good exercises.
