OK.... (S + HAVE/HAS + BEEN + V1 + ING) is Present Perfect Continuous.

We have just been doing Present Perfect Continuous.  You have been studying with us for 16 lessons.  We have been serving you drinks all the time. (You haven't been paying attention.)

To make a negative, just change the (HAVE/HAS) to (HAVE/HAS + NOT).
You haven't been going to classes very long.
You (S) haven't (HAVE/HAS + NOT) been (BEEN) going (V1 + ING) to classes very long.

Have you been thinking it would be simpler?
