Contractions happen often in the English language. It is very simple with this "have got" form.

I have got = I've got    You have got  = You've got

I have got a house. =  I've got a house.
You have got a house. = You've got a house.
S/he has got a house.  =  She's got a house
We have got a house. =  We've got a house.
You have got a house. =  You've got a house.
They have got a house. = They've got a house.

Note above that only the 3rd Person (she, he, it) is not the same.

3rd (third) person:  He/She/It… after the 2nd (second) Person =You   (Up)
